A health consultation and subsequent personalized health program provides tips to focus on specific health concerns. During the consultation, either in person or virtual, we cover past medical history, lifestyle, nutrition, prescription medication and then create a individual plan with custom formulated herbal medicines for your unique health profile.

One on One Herbal Medicine Consultations are available in person and online, or book in for our Community Clinic for a reduced cost, where a student conducts your consultation under supervision of Katolen.

Manual Osteopathy

Manual osteopathy is a gentle, non invasive hands-on form of manual therapy that focuses on supporting the bodies self healing mechanisms to resolve underlying structural imbalances and promote and restore optimal health.

Craniosacral therapy is a focused sub-specialty of osteopathy that uses gentle touch to feel rhythmic movements of the skull’s bones and fluctuations of cerebral spinal fluid throughout the body.

Katolen has over 20 years of experience consulting in the botanical medicine and natural health industry. Expertise ranges from all a TV and film consultant to aspects of business development from product formulation, research and costing to standard operating procedures. Business coaching will help you to realize your business goals and achieve success.

Student Mentorship

Apprenticeship training in herbal medicine has traditionally occurred where herbalists worked alongside their peers; sharing their accumulated knowledge and learning from one another.

Katolen has been mentoring advanced students of herbal medicine since 2012 and is an approved supervised training clinic for professional membership into the American Herbalists Guild, the National Institute of Medical Herbalists, Ontario Herbalists Association, BC Herbalists Association and for completing education requirements at Heartwood (UK), Dominion Herbal College and Wild Rose College.
